working with one of our clients looking to fill a Billing Clerk job
opportunity for the corporate office located in San Francisco, CA.
This position is 100% in-office! The role will be responsible for
accurately and efficiently processing invoices, tracking payments,
and assisting with additional accounting duties. The ideal
candidate will be organized, flexible, and be a critical thinker.

accounting, this may be the perfect job for you. Responsibilities:
Generate and review customer invoices for accuracy and
completeness. Ensure timely and accurate billing of services or
products. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding
payments. Collaborate with the team to resolve billing
discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all billing activities.
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries. Respond to
customer inquiries regarding billing issues or concerns.
Qualifications: Experience in an Accounts Receivable or Billing
role would be great. Software experience with Quickbooks Online
would be preferred Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft
Office Suite (Word, Outlook, & Excel - Basic/Intermediate Industry
experience in construction or transportation would be a plus
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and meet deadlines. Knowledge of relevant regulations
and compliance requirements is a plus. Experience: 1 year of
accounting experience (Accounts Receivable, Accounting Clerk ,
Accounting Assistant, Billing Clerk, Billing Specialist) Employment
