This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional with strong electrical skills who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well maintained. Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep on residential and commercial properties. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues, lighting, outlets, and minor wiring. • Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to service requests promptly. • Assist with plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs. • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a safe and organized manner. • Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants to ensure timely completion of work orders. Requirements: • 3 years of maintenance or building repair experience preferred. • Strong electrical repair and troubleshooting skills required. • Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance practices. • Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
