  • Perform transit vehicle maintenance in complian ce with company standards
  • Inspect, diagnose, service and/or repair all assigned transit vehicles and mechanical equipment
  • Ensure accurate upgrades and/or modifications on coach systems, road calls, and on-the-road repairs as needed
  • Read and interpret safety documents, blue-prints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams.
  • Coach and m onitor team members
  • Other duties as assigned Requirements
    • 21 years or older
    • H igh S chool diploma, GED or equivalent
    • Valid drivers' license with a clean driving record
    • 5+ years' Maintenance experience with all types of heavy-duty transit equipment
    • Appropriate Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug test.
