We believe that "Passionate and happy employees translate into happy clients and a world-class product."About the PositionNaehas is seeking a dynamic Solution Engineer to help implement our platform for enterprise clients. You will guide some of the world's largest financial, insurance, and media companies through initial and ongoing adoption of our enterprise software. The ideal candidate can work effectively with stakeholders to define business requirements, shape project outputs, and drive successful outcomes.Responsibilities:

• Evaluate existing platform functionality and recommend improvements.
• Assist in designing the Naehas Platform and redesign existing features to meet customer needs.
• Serve as the technical liaison to sales and service teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Dev/Ops teams to enhance product performance and reliability.
• Present to executive leadership at customer organizations regarding the product and its value.
• Develop deep knowledge of various client configurations, practices, and procedures.Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or fintech sectors.
• Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes through technology and integration.
• Strong technical aptitude to quickly learn and become proficient with the Naehas platform.
• Experience with advanced data analysis using Excel and SQL.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON files.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor materials to the audience.
• Ability to convey vision, ideas, and issues effectively through reports and presentations.
• Proven success in solution architecture, development, release management, and change management.
• Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate and address issues.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating accountability and initiative.Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience leading SaaS solution implementations.
• Knowledge of web architecture, including SaaS, multi-tenancy, and multi-tier infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of client-side technologies like JavaScript and AJAX.
• Understanding of protocols such as XML, SOAP, and REST.
• Previous development experience.
• Adobe Creative Suite skills (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
