Job Description:
Pay $19/18 (dependent on experience) About the Role We are
looking for a detail-oriented Rework Repair Technician I to join
our production team. In this role, you will perform testing,
troubleshooting, and advanced rework of printed circuit boards
(PCBs) and electronic products. This position requires strong
soldering skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work with
precision in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Perform
routine testing, troubleshooting, and repair of defective PCBs.
Conduct visual inspections to IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
Execute soldering and de-soldering using SMT tooling and advanced
hand soldering methods to IPC-7711/7722 standards. Perform advanced
rework of surface mount and fine-pitch components, including BGA
rework. Operate test equipment such as oscilloscopes, RF power
meters, multimeters, and spectrum analyzers. Set up and reload SMT
machines (Feeder, Tray, and Tube Loading). Maintain inspection logs
and records of malfunctions. Provide technical guidance and
informal training to lower-level operators. Assemble experimental
circuitry or prototype models. Analyze and interpret test data;
recognize failures and setup issues. Assist with special projects
as needed. What We're Looking For Electronics training equivalent
to two years of technical trade school or military technical
school, or six years of experience. Experience with SMT,
fine-pitch, and extra fine-pitch soldering. Knowledge of component
polarity, color coding, and part identification. Familiarity with
production equipment and processes. Ability to troubleshoot analog
and digital circuits down to the component level. Current knowledge
of POP, BGA, QFN, and 0201 packages. Working Conditions: Production
floor and warehouse setting; proper protective equipment required.
Exposure to hazardous chemicals and work-related hazards. Key
