Systems Engineering Integrated Systems (SE Integrated Systems)
department is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer. SE Integrated
Systems leads all aspects of systems engineering that drive the
development of complex systems in support of the Raytheon Land and
Air Defense Systems (LADS) mission area from our Tewksbury, MA
location. The department supports Raytheon by cultivating a
world-class group of systems thinkers who collaborate as a team to
architect technical solutions to some of the world’s toughest
challenges. This is a full-time onsite position based in Tewksbury,
MA. What You Will Do Concept and requirements development,
including decomposition and flow-down Concept of Operations
(CONOPS) development and design Algorithm optimization, research
and development; trade studies to bring new, advanced features to
fielded system Functional analysis of real world and test data
Multi-disciplinary development efforts across the kill-chain for an
Air and Missile Defense System Collaborate with customer to bring
new capabilities to the warfighter Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or
Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant
experience. Experience in requirements development, decomposition,
or CONOPS development/design. Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S.
government issued security clearance is required prior to start
date. Qualifications We Prefer Experience of radar systems (for
example - PATRIOT, LTAMDS, AN/TPY-2 and others) Experience with
both broad, large-scale data analysis and focused root-cause
analysis Experience with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
Experience with design of system level architecture Experience with
signal processing techniques, system control Experience of
Electronic Warfare/Electronic Attack/Electronic Protection
Techniques Experience interfacing with external customers
Experience across the product development life cycle Familiarity

Onsite : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work
primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance
employees, as they are essential to the development of our
products. This position requires a security clearance. DCSA
Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the
Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security

role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
considers several factors when extending an offer, including but
not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities,
a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and
