What you will do:
-
As the -Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), -you will assist with the leadership and guidance of our nursing services team in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. You will support the best practices for the delivery of our care objectives and participate in revision of these as necessary to ensure provision of highest quality of care to all residents. - -

Must haves:

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Graduation from approved RN program
Current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN in the state
Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Would be great:

Previous experience as ADON, RN Manager, Charge Nurse, or Unit Manager
3-5 years' nursing supervisory experience in the provision of direct care to multiple residents
Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
Nursing degree from accredited college
Experience with PointClickCare

Compensation for roles at Windsor Vallejo Care Center varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by state or local law, Windsor Vallejo Care Center provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Windsor Vallejo Care Center reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below:
Pay Range: $55- $65 per hour Depends on Experience
