• Current OT, PT, or SLP license as required in California
• Minimum of 2 years' direct patient care experience; management experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently to solve problems
• Knowledge of all regulations governing the department
• Positive management style with the ability to adapt communication to different individuals
• Patience, professionalism, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations

    • Hire, train, develop, assign, and manage therapy staff and assistants
    • Provide direct patient care onsite and coordinate with patients, families, and support departments
    • Monitor clinical service standards to ensure positive patient experiences and regulatory compliance
    • Ensure quality improvement, care planning, clinical utilization, and patient identification are performed appropriately and timely
    • Develop and implement programs suitable for the patient population
