Local Business Enterprise. WHAT'S THE JOB? You'll manage projects
from start to finish. Starting with inspections and estimates,
you'll guide project stakeholders through recommendations to
quickly develop scope, timelines, and expectations for their
projects - even when they are complex, multi-hazard situations.
You'll visit your job sites, ensure work is being performed
correctly, safely and in compliance with regulatory agencies (like
BAAQMD, CDPH, OSHA, etc.) - especially when the projects involve
hazardous materials such as lead, asbestos, or biological
materials. You'll communicate with clients daily. Keeping clients
informed of our team's progress and needs, as well as deftly
navigating through any issues that arise, is a daily task. Starting
with the contract and ending with final payment, whether by phone,
text, email or in person, your proactive communication
differentiates you and the Ideal team as the leaders we are. You'll
direct and lead our technician crews. Setting and confirming a
scope with our lead technicians is only the beginning, as you'll
check-in daily to ensure they are on track and support them to do
their best work. You'll also be responsible for providing feedback
to the team - positive and constructive - on a daily basis to
ensure their growth and ensure excellent outcomes. You'll manage
approved subcontractors and materials needs. From equipment rental,
temporary labor, and partnering and coordinating with other
contractors and our clients' industrial hygienists, you'll ensure
you have what you need to get every job done right. You'll serve on
the Emergency Response Team. Building emergencies don't just happen
during business hours - losses come in at all hours of the day,
every day of the week, including holidays. You'll be on a rotating
schedule with the rest of the team so that we may respond to our
clients' after-hours needs You'll partner with your teammates every
day. Working closely with your fellow Project Managers, you'll
leverage the support of the team's Project Coordinator to set
schedules, keep projects on track, ensure complete and accurate
documentation, and to prioritize crews as new work comes in. You'll
also collaborate with our business development team to help win new
clients and represent Ideal, as well as to collect post-project
feedback from clients. You'll deliver accurate invoices and support
collection efforts. You'll review your team's job logs daily to
ensure accuracy, and once the project is done, you'll partner with
the accounting team to send out timely invoices and will help make
sure we get paid. As needed, you will also confidently communicate
with any stakeholders (such as insurance adjusters or consultants)
to resolve outstanding billing issues or questions. WHAT ARE WE
LOOKING FOR? Six years of position-related experience, preferably
in the restoration industry. Proficient with productivity software
(Google Workspace) and job management software applications (e.g.
Xactimate, Capabuild, Hubspot, etc.). Very comfortable utilizing
technology on a daily basis to complete work. Skilled and
professional oral and written communicator in all types of
situations with all stakeholders . Bilingual in English/Spanish a
big plus. Strong drive as an individual contributor, and supports a
strong team by cultivating positive professional working
relationships with all team members. Possesses a team-first
mentality. High School Diploma or GED required; college or advanced
degree a plus. Proficient technical skills, experience and
certification in the areas of service the company provides. Possess
a valid California Driver's license with a minimum of three year's
driving experience - must have a satisfactory driving record with
no DUIs and be insurable under normal insurance rates
CERTIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Required: Deep understanding of
ANSI/llCRC S500, S520 and industry standards and best practices to
properly mitigate environmental damage from structures and
buildings safely and effectively Knowledge of and ability to apply
OSHA, Cal/OSHA, safety, state and federal industry standards Water
Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification or Applied Structural
Drying (ASD) or similar certification or ability to show that
knowledge, with or without the certifications. Nice to Have:
Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) Training CDPH Lead
Supervisor Certification OSHA 30 Certification Applied Structural
Drying (ASD) Training Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS) Training
(IICRC) HAZWOPER 40 Will Provide If Needed: OSHA 10 Certification
Asbestos Supervisor Certification Lead Worker and/or RRP
Certification Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Training
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS These requirements are representative of
those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the
essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable
accommodation: Able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and
occasionally lift and carry up to 30 lbs. Constantly operate a
computer (including typing, reading) Frequently remain in a

Able to drive and have access to reliable transportation to get to
the corporate offices. BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Annual starting base
salary of $80,000-$90,000 (DOE) commission on every project
Generous medical, dental and 401k other ancillary benefits
available for employees and their dependents. Ideal covers 90% of
