CompHealth is assisting an established private practice in California with their search for a hem-onc due to growth. They specialize in the treatment of cancers and blood-related disorders, and provide many on-site treatments including intravenous and infusion therapies. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with a 1:4 call. The incoming physician will work 4 days per week in 1 clinic and 1 day per week in another clinic. You will see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day. You will work with 2 oncologists, 2 PAs, and 6 RNs with 20 infusion chairs. They have a strong referral base from the community and primary care offices. Candidates can be board certified or board eligible. H-1B visas can be supported. In addition to a competitive salary that is based on experience, there is an RVU model in place.
