Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum of 2 years required License: Valid license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Previous charge experience preferred - Experience with patient ratios of 1:2 - Charting experience with electronic health records Description: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit. The position involves working three 12-hour shifts during the night. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in an ICU setting. Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS are required. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring critically ill patients. The patient care ratio is 1:2. The ability to float between like units may be necessary. Weekend shifts will be required every other week. The facility supports a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. Candidates should be prepared to provide references from previous supervisory roles. All travelers must be willing to work during major holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.
