Telemetry Role: The position of RN - Medical Telemetry within our

utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care. The RN
maintains professional accountability for the care provided to
assigned patients, assesses the effectiveness of care delivered by
other caregivers, and coordinates patient care with various
departments. Upholding patient rights and confidentiality is
paramount, and all responsibilities must align with our mission,
values, and service standards. Qualifications Education: Completion
of an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: A current RN license in the state of employment or
compact licensure is required, along with compliance with all state
nursing board regulations. Physical Requirements: Ability to
regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing and
walking during shifts Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel,
twist, and squat Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification from the American Heart Association, or completion
within 30 days of hire Additional certifications may be required
based on unit needs, or must be obtained within departmental
timelines: ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS,
S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, or other unit-specific certifications
Preferred Qualifications: Education, licensure, experience, and
certifications may vary by unit and are preferred but not mandatory
