Path - RN Pathway to Specialty Practice: This role focuses on
delivering direct patient care within various medical-surgical
units while engaging in a well-structured nursing career
development program aimed at enhancing clinical skills and
facilitating transitions into specialty areas. The RN pathway
includes mentorship, opportunities for professional advancement,
and the chance to move into specialty departments after a period of
12 to 18 months. Candidates must hold a nursing license and BLS
certification, and the position comes with a comprehensive benefits
package, including tuition reimbursement and shift differentials.

planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will monitor and
coordinate patient care efforts with ancillary departments to
