qualifications will not be considered. An immediate opportunity is
available for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead operations on
an interim basis in a well-established hospital setting. This
contract role involves a 3-month engagement with a potential start
as soon as possible, ideally by mid-August. Location: San Mateo, CA
(with proximity to San Francisco medical facilities)
Responsibilities: Oversee clinical and operational management of
the pharmacy department during a leave of absence Ensure smooth
workflow and compliance with hospital pharmacy standards and
regulations Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain high
standards of patient care and medication management Adapt quickly
to evolving needs within the pharmacy setting, offering both
clinical and operational leadership as required Qualifications /
Desired Experience: Valid California Pharmacist license Proven
hospital pharmacy management experience Strong interpersonal and
leadership skills, with the ability to work flexibly in a
fast-paced environment Versatile in handling both clinical and
operational pharmacy responsibilities Schedule: Contract-based,
full-time commitment for approximately 3 months This role is an
