Job Description Job Description Delivers comprehensive patient
care, from assessment and diagnosis to treatment and follow-up.
Develops care plans, administers medications and treatments, and
leads healthcare teams in hospitals and clinical settings. Key
Responsibilities: 1. Conduct patient assessments and develop
individualized nursing care plans. 2. Administer medications, IV
therapies, and other treatments in accordance with provider orders
and nursing protocols. 3. Monitor and interpret patient vital
signs, responses to medications, and progress toward recovery
goals. 4. Coordinate and communicate effectively with physicians,
therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. 5.
Provide pre- and post-operative care, assist in procedures, and
offer patient education regarding disease management and wellness.
6. Document patient data accurately using electronic health record
(EHR) systems in a timely manner. 7. Supervise and delegate tasks
to Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) and Certified
Nurse Assistants (CNAs) as appropriate. 8. Respond promptly to
emergency situations, including initiating life-saving
interventions (e.g., CPR, code blue procedures). 1. Active and
unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
practice. 2. Current BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or
other specialty certifications preferred, depending on the setting.
3. Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
strongly preferred (more for specialty roles like ICU or ER). 4.
Strong clinical knowledge, critical thinking skills, and
adaptability across various care environments. 5. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective patient
and team interactions. 6. Familiarity with EHR platforms such as
Epic, Cerner, or PointClickCare is advantageous. 1. Customizable
