Associate Dentist- Fee-For-Service | Ownership Pathway Location: Santa Rosa, California Status: Full-Time | 4 days per week Compensation: Competitive, above-market earning potential for the right doctor Daily Guarantee: Minimum daily guarantee during the initial ramp period Compensation & Benefits - Minimum daily guarantee: $800 per day - Production-based compensation structure. The right associate can realistically build to $1M in annual production, with income that reflects that level of contribution.
