Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions. Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system. Participate in quality improvement and community outreach initiatives. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
