Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: M-F Pay Rate: $301000.00 - $310000.00 This physician opportunity in the San Francisco East Bay is with a well-supported practice designed to provide hands-on, procedure-focused care in a predictable outpatient setting. Physicians joining the team will work in Minor Injury Clinics (not Emergency Department-based) with consistent scheduling, strong operational support, and a collaborative provider model. This role is ideal for physicians who enjoy musculoskeletal care, procedures, and a steady clinical pace while maintaining work-life balance. Opportunity Highlights - Predictable full-time schedule: 22 eight-hour shifts per month (40 hours/week) - Daytime-only hours: 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. with no overnight shifts - Balanced workload: 24 patients per day, averaging 3 patients per hour - Procedure-focused practice: 2-6 procedures per shift - Team-based care model: 1-4 providers on shift, depending on volume - Limited illness care, with primary focus on musculoskeletal injuries and procedures Community Information - Live the Northern California life in one of the Bay Area's most affordable communities.
