Whether working with individuals or groups, you will utilize a spectrum of therapeutic modalities tailored to client-specific needs. Assess client needs through consultations and intake sessions to construct tailored treatment plans. Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions to address clients' emotional, psychological, and behavioural issues. Maintain accurate records of client sessions, progress, and treatments as per regulatory standards. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize treatment plans and client wellness strategies. Engage in ongoing professional development to ensure best practices in talk therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in various therapeutic methods and approaches. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed clinical documentation. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or similar. CPR and first-aid certification.
