  • Vacation Benefits after 90 days, 401k match at 100% of first 4% of contributions What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director, Operations, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Provide strategic leadership and hands-on daily operational guidance to the Rooms Division; including Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell/Valet, and Housekeeping & Laundry
  • Train, mentor and develop the Housekeeping Manager and Front Office Manager, along with their teams, to ensure professional, welcoming and personalized service from arrival to departure while ensuring guest concerns are resolved with effective post stay follow up
  • Foster an innovated solution-oriented work environment, motivating and engaging colleagues to continuously deliver the best possible service to our guests
  • Develop and implement trainings & SOPs to align with Accor and Fairmont Service Standards for all new and existing colleagues to positively improve results in Guest Satisfaction (VOG), Compliance with Brand Standards (LQA), Employee Engagement (EES), Guest Loyalty (ALL)
  • Assist in preparing and achieving monthly forecasts and annual budgets utilizing Accors purchasing procedures and scheduling in compliance with Labor Management Systems
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, training and development of all Colleagues to ensure timely talent acquisition and career growth
  • Assist the senior leadership team in the preparation of the strategic plan and achieve the goals and targets therein
  • Communicate effectively with all departments and thrive for guest feedback
  • Ensure Health & Safety is our # 1 priority, while supporting & encouraging all Planet 21, RiiSE and other ACCOR Corporate Responsible Programming
  • Assist in overall Hotel management responsibilities as needed
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all health and safety policies
  • Other duties as assigned Your experience and skills include: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • Previous leadership supervisory as the head of a Housekeeping, Front Office or Rooms team, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
  • Previous experience with a hotel property management system preferred
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish an asset
  • Service focused personality and passion for hospitality
  • Ability to build strong relationships, interact and influence others at all levels of the organization
  • Results oriented with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
