In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to optimize healthcare delivery systems, focusing on areas such as emergency medicine, hospital medicine, and critical care. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare services provided to communities across the nation. Analyze complex healthcare data to derive insights and support decision-making. Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant analyses. Develop and implement data models and algorithms to predict patient outcomes and resource utilization. Prepare reports and presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage end-to-end data projects, from data collection and cleansing to analysis and recommendations. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards in all data processes. Stay informed of advancements in data science and healthcare industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools such as SQL, R, or Python. Strong understanding of healthcare systems and medical data. Ability to handle large datasets and perform complex quantitative analyses. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Health Data Analyst (CHDA) is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations is advantageous.
