Job Description:

are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Embedded Service
Technician II to join our technical support and troubleshooting
team. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and
effectiveness of our security systems deployed across various
client sites. The ideal candidate will work closely with our
security and technical teams to ensure our solutions meet the high
standards our clients expect and rely upon. This position offers
the opportunity to work on innovative security technologies and
contribute to the safety and security of businesses and communities
in over 58 countries. Install, maintain, and repair security
hardware and software solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical
issues on-site or remotely. Provide detailed technical support and
guidance to clients and internal teams. Ensure all security
installations comply with local, federal, and international
regulations. Perform regular preventative maintenance on security
devices and systems to ensure optimal operation. Record and
document technical faults and resolutions in line with company
policy. Train clients and internal staff on new security technology
deployments. Proficient in handling, installing, and maintaining
electronic security systems. Strong problem-solving skills and
ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Ability to read and interpret
technical documents and schematics. Familiarity with network setup
and administration. Adept in using diagnostic tools and software
for security system management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Professional (CPP) - ASIS International is preferred. Any
certifications related to technical security systems, networking,
or hardware maintenance.
