Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a renowned leader in the global security
landscape, seeks a dedicated Low Voltage Alarm Technician to join
our dynamic team. This role involves the installation, maintenance,
and troubleshooting of low voltage systems including burglar
alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, and access control systems, tailored to
meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele. As part of our
technical support crew, you will play a crucial role in fortifying
the safety and security infrastructure of businesses and
communities across various locations. Install, maintain, and repair
various types of low voltage alarm systems. Troubleshoot and
resolve issues related to alarm systems and low voltage electrical
systems. Conduct regular maintenance and testing of systems to
ensure functionality and efficiency. Coordinate with IT and
security teams to integrate alarm systems with existing security
measures. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and
ensure compliance with safety standards. Prepare and maintain
documentation related to system layout, maintenance procedures, and
incident reports. Stay updated with the latest in security system
technology and trends. Strong understanding of electronic systems
and circuitry. Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and
software for troubleshooting and repairs. Ability to read and
interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent
problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong
communication and customer service skills. Medical Insurance Dental

Technician Level I (from the Electronic Security Association, ESA)
or similar Valid state-specific low voltage license, where
applicable
