What you’ll be responsible for: You will lead the strategy and execution of market development and education efforts to accelerate global institutional adoption of Circle’s digital financial infrastructure. As a cross-functional leader, you will shape how institutions understand and deploy stablecoins, developer tools, and the Circle Payment Network. Your work will span executive engagement, ecosystem partnerships, content leadership, and consultative enterprise enablement. You will act as a bridge between external market needs and internal strategy, driving top-of-funnel opportunity creation and thought leadership that fuels Circle’s growth engine. What youll work on Serve as a strategic voice on institutional adoption, delivering executive briefings, workshops, and keynote presentations. Develop frameworks (e.g., maturity models) to guide enterprises through digital asset adoption. Publish influential thought leadership in collaboration with Circle’s Marketing and BD teams. Build and activate strategic partnerships with consulting and advisory firms. Partner with financial networks and industry bodies to expand product understanding and ecosystem alignment. Lead consultative engagements with target accounts to uncover adoption-ready opportunities. Capture and synthesize market insights to inform internal BD, Product, and Marketing strategy. What youll bring to Circle Core Requirements Deep expertise in digital assets, stablecoins, or fintech with a strong track record in enterprise or advisory roles. Proven success engaging with executive stakeholders including boards, CFOs, and global consulting partners. Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to distill complex ideas across audiences. Preferred Requirements Familiarity with Web3 ecosystems and programmable finance architectures. Experience developing go-to-market strategies or adoption playbooks for emerging technologies. Background in management consulting, enterprise transformation, or institutional finance. A consultative mindset focused on education, strategic enablement, and solution discovery. Experience operating across global markets and regulatory environments. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional internal teams and external stakeholders. Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.
