Job Description:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent practical
experience. 5 years of experience in consumer product management. 2
years of experience taking technical products from conception to
launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, User
Experience/User Interface (UX/UI), data science, and other
stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: Experience with A/B testing
and user research methodologies. Experience with creator-focused
products or content sharing platforms. Experience using data to
inform product decisions, along with excellent communication,
collaboration and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate user
needs and business objectives into detailed product specifications
and road maps. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
including engineering, design, and data science. Passion for
YouTube and an understanding of the platforms ecosystem, creators,

Were responsible for guiding products throughout the execution
cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging,
promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. YouTubes
Community team is seeking a passionate Product Manager to work on
Posts, a growing format on YouTube to inspire casual creation and
lightweight content consumption. Posts are the lightest weight way
for people to create, connect with their fans, and are a
significant growth area for YouTube.You will be joining the
Community organization within YouTube which is responsible for
everything on YouTube that transforms a passive consumption
experience to a dynamic, two way connection between Creators and

full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 bonus equity benefits. Our
salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within
the range, individual pay is determined by work location and
additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and

Responsibilities Define the goal, road map, and success metrics for
Posts features, contributing to the direction and road map for
expanding Posts content on YouTube. Understand viewer and fan
needs, translating insights into engaing product experiences.
Conceptualize and build tools leveraging technology (including
generative AI) to empower fan participation and drive engagement.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and research teams to bring
the product goals to life. Utilize data-driven decision-making to
measure performance, identify improvement areas, and iterate on the
product experience.
