Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a leader in protective
services, seeks a dedicated Service Alarm Technician to join our
team. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and
repairing security alarm systems, ensuring the safety and security
of our client's premises. As a Service Alarm Technician, you will
handle everything from installation to troubleshooting complex
network issues related to alarm systems. Focus on delivering
high-quality technical service and support, embodying our
commitment to protect homes, workplaces, and communities. Install
and maintain various types of alarm systems such as intruder
alarms, fire alarms, and access control systems. Perform regular
maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure systems are functioning
properly and minimize downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical
issues, providing timely and accurate solutions. Coordinate with
the technical team to ensure compliance with all installation and
service standards. Train clients on the proper use of their
security systems to maximize their efficacy. Maintain accurate
records of all installations, services, repairs, and inventory.
Strong understanding of wired and wireless security systems.
Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for system
analysis. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and
manuals. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills. Medical

Certification from the Electronic Security Association (ESA) or
similar is a plus. Valid driver’s license and clean driving
record.
