Job Description:

seasoned Staff Software Engineer with a focus on Machine Learning
Engineering (MLE) to join our dynamic IT and Cybersecurity team.
This role is crucial for leveraging big data and machine learning
to revolutionize retail solutions, enhancing customer experiences
while maintaining our leadership in the retail industry. The
candidate will be involved in building and deploying scalable
machine learning models and systems that integrate seamlessly with
Walmart's vast array of products and services. Design, develop, and
maintain scalable and robust machine learning models and pipelines.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate
business challenges into actionable AI/ML applications. Optimize
data collection procedures and generate actionable reports from big
data sets. Stay updated with the latest machine learning trends,
tools, and best practices to incorporate into projects. Lead
cross-functional teams through end-to-end delivery and lifecycle
management of ML models. Conduct A/B tests and deploy machine
learning solutions effectively. Ensure the privacy, security, and
integrity of vast amounts of data. Proficiency in Python and common
machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize,
analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software
architecture. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative

Learning (e.g., TensorFlow Developer Certificate). AWS Certified
Machine Learning - Specialty or equivalent is preferred.
