As a Preset Operator, you will be instrumental in setting up and adjusting our high-tech machinery, ensuring optimum performance and quality compliance in the production of packaging materials. This role is vital in maintaining the efficiency of our production lines and in upholding the standards that help enhance our clients’ brand efficacy through exceptional packaging solutions. Setup and adjust machines based on job specifications. Ensure machines operate at maximum efficiency and within quality compliance standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging machinery. Record and report on production data, maintaining accurate documentation for compliance and improvement. Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and optimize work flow. Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Proficiency in using tools and equipment required for machinery setup and maintenance. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Technical certification in machinery operation or maintenance is a plus.
