Make sure to include both the job title and location of the job if you email me directly.The Production Assistant (Project Assistant) reports to the Site Manager:- Responsible for producing, verifying data accuracy and closing-out service orders within the SAP ERP for the current rolling stock (light rail vehicles for LA Metro Transit) maintenance / renovation project.- Must have solid MS Excel data processing & reporting experience (complex formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups, graphs, etc.), Data collection for KPI reporting.- Creation of Notifications and Service Orders in SAP ERP, closure of Service Orders for all work done, Scheduling equipment maintenance/repairs, Creating purchase requisitions, Approving invoices, etc.- General administrative tasks: workforce timesheets - collecting/auditing/approving, assisting HR with distributing forms such as short term disability forms to production team, administering training programs and filing relevant records, ordering supplies, taking and distributing meeting minutes, etc.- Previous experience in such roles as: project administrator, project admin, project assistant, administrative assistant, administrative coordinator, project coordinator, document controller, documentation controller, documentation manager, junior project manager, data analyst, deputy project manager, accountant, marketing analyst, project manager, product manager, program manager, financial analyst, payroll coordinator, etcPlease send me your details (resume, work authorization status, current location, availability and compensation expectations) directly to: denis.potapenko@systemone.com (denis DOT potapenko AT systemone DOT com) for an immediate consideration.
