Primary Duties:

• Participate in department meetings, process improvement events, training, and safety programs as scheduled
• Depending on department, complete duties in Set-up, Inspecting, Finishing or Packing.
• Read job tickets carefully before setting up and running machine
• Read Job Tickets carefully, Input job order information,  set specifications
• Attention to detail, meeting quality assurance specifications in handling procedures, paperwork , machine operations and other areas.
• Complete quality assurance sheets and associated documentation
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and organization of the workspace; light maintenance of machinery as required
• Overtime when needed and as assigned to ensure excellent customer service

Experience/Skills Required:

• High school education or equivalent
• Positive attitude, collaborative team player, Able to relate to, work with, and influence people as needed, at all levels
• Assertive and solution-focused. Take initiative and do the right thing.
• Able to prioritize, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous machine experience helpful
• Strong attention to detail
• Good vision and ability to differentiate colors
• Able to read a ruler, understand measurements, and input data to computer
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
