Leadership Development ProgramThe Company:AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care is one of the most trusted and recognized automotive brands in the country for over 60 years. We are the largest company in the U.S. specializing in complex automotive repair with approximately 570 stores across the country.Our goal is to solve the most complex issues in automotive repair to get our drivers back on the road safely.The Opportunity:The AAMCO Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a two-year program that provides exceptional training around sales, negotiations, P&L ownership and employee management. At AAMCO, you will have the opportunity to learn directly from our Executive Team. Our LDP incorporates one-on-one, on-the-job training, classroom instruction, and cross-functional exposure. Committed to your success, our Executive Team will work with you to develop a career path to achieve your goals.The program begins with a rigorous 5-week immersion training. Successful trainees are promoted into the Corporate Operations or Regional Operations Management team. Relocation bonus eligible.The Corporate Operations Manager fully runs a corporate store, selling complex automotive repairs and managing a team of 2 - 5 technicians to diagnose and repair customers' vehicles. Reports directly to the VP of Corporate Stores.The Regional Operations Manager oversees a region with 30-40 AAMCO franchises, providing support and training to maximize store performance. Reports directly to a VP of Operations. Weekly travel is required. Performance bonus eligible.The Training:All candidates must successfully complete a rigorous 5-week immersion training, designed to teach candidates all aspects of our business.Week 1Location - VirtualProgram Highlights - Robust orientation around AAMCO's sales model, point-of-sale system, operational model, automotive terminology, and functionality. Meeting and networking with your LDP cohort.Weeks 2-5Location - St. Louis, Chicago or ConnecticutProgram Highlights - Fully own the operation and management of a corporate store. Lead a team of 2 - 5 technicians and take responsibility for all customer interactions. Receive training and coaching directly from the VP of Corporate Stores.The Qualifications and Skills Needed:

    • An interest and confidence in working with data and numbers
