Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST):In partnership
with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist
patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You
will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive and fluency
disorders that affect communication. You will serve as an educator,
patient advocate and a member of the interdisciplinary care teamWhy

unrestricted CA Speech Therapist LicenseCurrent BLS/CPR
CertificationValid CA Driver's LicenseKnowledge and understanding

guidelines preferred.Experience home health care is highly

results of the assessment are confidential and will be used as one
of multiple data points included in the hiring decision
process.Anticipated Wage range Speech Therapist: 110,000.00-
125,000.00 Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience
above the minimum requirements. 21st Century offers generous bonus
