Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor, Retail Investment
Services.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates and directs daily operations of a contact service
center team, monitoring work metrics and resolving issues
Resolves routine client issues and maintains relationships with
other business departments to report client trends and needs
Recruits, motivates, and develops staff while managing human
resources activities within the team
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
3+ years of total relevant work experience
Series 7 and 63 licenses required to be obtained within designated
window upon job entry date
