- Lead Complex Projects: Manage long-term, intricate design
projects that require cross-team collaboration and a broad approach
to problem-solving.
- Lift the Design Level: Always raise the design quality,
encouraging others to uphold high standards and paying close
attention to detail in all aspects of design.
- Leverage AI in Design: Integrate AI capabilities where relevant
to enhance design processes, improve user experiences, and build

defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $157,300 --
$292,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand
