About the Role

As a Master Data Specialist your role is to provide end-to-end governance and direction for the Bill of Material (BOM) and Master Data management process within the US region to ensure the ongoing integrity and correctness of master data, from initiation through to execution

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop, maintain and communicate Master Data and BOM management processes and standards.
  • Provide support to NPD, Tech Services and Supply Chain in the execution of master data and BOM transactions in our ERP where changes are required.
  • Proactively engage business areas to understand and identify new requirements that will result in BOM changes.
  • Be responsible for overseeing the execution of new BOMS or BOM change requests in partnership with a third party provider
  • Drive the development and generation of ongoing BOM integrity reports and leading remediation activity resulting from BOM integrity reports/reviews.
  • Work with stakeholders to investigate Master Data related problems/queries and engage key stakeholder to ensure required approvals are timely and within process About You

    Due to the nature of this role strong attention to detail will be needed, along with the ability to handle multiple projects. As well, as the ability to work within a team. Other qualifications are as:
    • Business/Operations, Technical or IT tertiary qualifications.
    • Knowledge of JD Edwards or other ERP, processes and applications.
    • Effective skills at a fast paced, change-driven environment.
    • Ability to manage and process large amounts of data.
    • Strong understanding of integrated processes including manufacturing and supply chain.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives at once.
    • Attention to detail and quality and demonstrated problem solving ability What's in it for you

        Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $73,500 to $89,000 per year. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA or Sonoma. CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
