Quanata, LLC (formerly BlueOwl, LLC) (San Francisco, CA) seeks a Senior Data Analyst to work with teams (product, growth marketing, engineering, data science, CX and business owners, etc.) to measure, understand, and monitor key business metrics across our mobile apps and websites. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for delivering ad-hoc analysis with actionable insights and translating stakeholders' priorities into dashboards. Specific responsibilities include: build dashboards and reports in Tableau Software (30%); provide support to partner teams to interpret and analyze data in full autonomy (5%); perform data and statistical analysis using Python or other tools and present insights to large audience (30%); advise partner teams on goal setting and long term strategy (5%); lead key projects, like implementation and migration to Tableau software, and act as subject matter expert (10%); develop data pipeline with BDT and Airflow to automate data loading and transformation tasks in collaboration with data engineering (10%); advise on A/B testing strategy, help with implementation of tests, and evaluate results of tests (5%); participate in the improvement and definition of the data analytics team processes (2%); and participate in on-call data analytics rotation to escalate new data requests, answer data requests, and production support (3%). Must take and pass pre-interview data analytics challenge in Python and Google Analytics, as well as full technical challenge in Python. Occasional travel required within the U.S. for team meetings. Option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Analytics and Project Management, Business Administration, Statistics, or a closely related field of study, plus 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar Senior Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Senior Data Scientist position. Must have 3 years with each of the following: SQL coding with various flavors and complex windows functions; python coding with data manipulation and visualization, statistical packages; building data pipeline; and utilizing technical and analytical and statistical skills. Must have 2 years with online marketing platform usage and working with full stack dashboarding with modern BI tools. Must also have experience working in the auto insurance industry. Must take and pass pre-interview data analytics challenge in Python and Google Analytics, as well as full technical challenge in Python. Occasional travel required within the U.S. for team meetings.
