and hiring a Sales Manager to lead agent recruiting, sales
coaching, onboarding, and production growth. If you are a
systems-driven leader with a passion for developing people, driving

to meet you. Responsibilities Agent Recruiting Team Growth 1.
Proactively recruit new and experienced real estate agents. 2.
Conduct interviews, follow a structured hiring process, and
evaluate talent. 3. Build and manage a pipeline of agent
candidates. 4. Achieve monthly and annual recruiting targets. Agent
Onboarding Training 1. Lead new-agent onboarding and training for
sales processes, tools, and scripts. 2. Conduct weekly group
training sessions and workshops. 3. Maintain and improve company
training materials and SOPs. Coaching Performance Development 1.
Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with agents. 2. Review
agent pipelines, KPIs, and performance metrics. 3. Diagnose skill
gaps and provide strategic solutions. 4. Hold agents accountable to
daily activities and production goals. Operations, Metrics Problem
Solving 1. Track team KPIs and create weekly performance reports.
2. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements. 3. Ensure CRM
and systems compliance. 4. Support agents with problem-solving in
transactions, communication, and process issues. Leadership Culture
1. Lead sales huddles and energize the team. 2. Promote a
supportive, growth-focused culture. 3. Serve as the point of
contact for agent performance and sales-related questions.
Qualifications 1. 3 years of real estate sales, team leadership, or
sales management experience. 2. Strong background in recruiting,
sales coaching, or managing agents. 3. Excellent communicator,
motivator, and trainer. 4. Comfortable holding others accountable
while maintaining strong relationships. 5. Highly organized and
metrics-driven. 6. Experience with CRM systems (such as Follow Up
Boss, Sierra Interactive, or kvCORE). 7. Real estate license
strongly preferred. Compensation 1. Base salary recruiting bonuses
performance incentives 2. Total expected compensation ranges from
$100,000–$150,000 depending on experience and performance 3.
