Northern California and meet licensing requirements (training

designed for growth : During your first year as a Financial
Professional, income is primarily commission-based , with training
allowances available. Upon promotion to Associate Partner
(management) , you’ll receive a base salary typically ranging from
$75,000–$150,000 , plus bonuses and additional compensation tied to
your team’s performance, recruiting, and development success. Your
base salary is only one part of your total compensation. Your total
compensation will be higher based on your unit's production and
office production. Field managers’ total income potential grows
significantly based on performance — New York Life rewards success
with bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs. Full benefits
package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance,
long-term disability, pension, and 401(k). Hybrid or remote

company. Tuition reimbursement should you choose to pursue a
professional designation, such as ChFC, WMCP, CFP, or CLU This is
an opportunity with unlimited income potential, and we are looking
for a few select candidates. This position can lead to
opportunities in other states. There are offices all across the
country, and you may be eligible to lead teams in other states,
work in our zone or home office, and be recognized and rewarded

Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: What
You’ll Do Begin as a Financial Professional to learn client
relationship building, business development, and financial
guidance. Help clients with retirement planning, investments, and
protection strategies. Complete required licensing and paid
training for insurance and FINRA registrations. After your first
year, move into a six-month management training program. Recruit,
mentor, and develop a team of financial professionals.
Qualifications: Prior sales, business ownership, or management
experience preferred. Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree a plus,
but not required. Strong leadership, communication, and coaching
skills. Commitment to professional and personal growth. Ability to
pass state insurance licensing and FINRA registrations (training
and support provided). Must reside in Northern California. About
