Job Description:
Securitas Security Services USA, Inc., a global leader in
protective services, is seeking a dedicated and strategic Account
Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will play a
crucial role in maintaining and expanding our clientele, ensuring
that all security solutions are tailored and implemented to meet
client-specific needs. By fostering strong relationships and
ensuring the highest level of service, the Account Manager will
contribute to our mission of protecting homes, workplaces, and
communities. Maintain and expand relationships with existing
clients. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the
security and law enforcement sector. Work closely with the
operations team to ensure that client requests are handled promptly
and accurately. Conduct regular client meetings to ensure
satisfaction and address any issues. Prepare detailed reports on
account status, including any changes in security needs or service
adjustments. Collaborate with the sales team to meet business goals
and revenue targets. Stay informed of the latest industry trends
and security challenges to provide expert advice and
recommendations to clients. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to
work well under pressure and adapt to changing environments
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Protection
Professional (CPP) - Preferred Professional Certified Investigator
(PCI) - Beneficial
