In this role, you will manage and expand sales territories in a dynamic market, leveraging UniFirsts reputation for unparalleled quality and service in uniform and facility services. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual looking to drive sales through building strong relationships with new and existing customers. Proactively identify and target new sales opportunities within assigned territory. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing client base to ensure retention and customer satisfaction. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive products, and leverage this knowledge in customer interactions. Perform cost-benefit analyses for prospective and current customers to demonstrate tailored solutions' value. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs regularly. Provide detailed sales reports and insights to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sales to service delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals. Solid understanding of sales performance metrics. Excellent problem-solving aptitude, focusing on client-centric solutions. Ability to travel within the territory as required.
