As a member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our reach throughout the United States, Europe, and Canada. If you have a knack for building relationships and a drive to succeed, we want you on our team! Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Prospect new clients through networking, cold calling, and leads to grow UniFirst's market presence. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and seeking opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. Deliver tailored presentations to prospective and current clients to highlight UniFirst’s products and services. Work closely with customer service and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Gather market and customer information to provide feedback on buying trends and competitive landscapes. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management as required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Ability to develop and maintain client relationships Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Solid understanding of sales processes and dynamics Excellent time management and organizational skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred but not required) Professional Selling Skills Certification
