Job Description:

businesses and brands. As a Commercial Sales Executive, you will
play a key role in our mission by developing tailored pest control
solutions that meet the unique needs of various industries. This
role requires not only a keen understanding of pest management but
also a strong knack for sales and a deep commitment to customer
service. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the
commercial sector. Develop and maintain relationships with key
decision-makers in various industries. Conduct site visits to
assess potential client needs and propose customized pest control
solutions. Negotiate contract terms with clients and close new
business deals. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that
proposed services meet client needs and compliance standards. Keep
abreast of industry trends and changes to offer clients
cutting-edge solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets and
contribute to overall team success. Prepare and present sales
reports and forecasts to management. Proven ability in commercial
sales, preferably in the pest control or related industries. Strong
negotiation and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify
and pursue potential leads aggressively. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills. Capability to work independently and
collaboratively within a team. Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) certification is
an asset. Training or certification in pest management or
environmental health is highly desirable.
