Vituity, a pioneer in healthcare management services, is seeking a Medical Director Ambassador specializing in fostering excellence across emergency medicine, hospital medicine, critical care, anesthesiology, and acute psychiatry sectors. The successful candidate will be a champion of innovative healthcare solutions, dedicated to improving clinical outcomes and patient experiences across our partnered facilities. Lead interdisciplinary teams to maximize clinical efficacy and operational efficiency Implement best practice medical protocols and procedures across multiple departments Liaise between Vituity management and medical staff to ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and internal policies Facilitate training and development programs for medical personnel Participate in the recruitment and retention of physicians and other medical staff Represent Vituity in professional gatherings and to the media as required Oversee clinical quality assurance, patient safety initiatives, and compliance with the healthcare laws Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to medical care Strong leadership and organizational skills Expert knowledge in healthcare regulations and hospital management Ability to manage a large group of diverse medical personnel Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in designing and implementing clinical services Good understanding of healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board certified in a recognized medical specialty Licensed to practice medicine in the state of operation Additional certification in healthcare management (e.g., CPE, FACMPE) is preferred
