experiences both successful and satisfying. As a Real Estate Sales
Agent, you will use your market expertise and interpersonal skills
to guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a
seamless transition and optimal outcomes for all involved. Assist
clients in buying and selling property by assessing their needs and
preferences. Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate
properties’ value. Display and market real property to possible
buyers and renters. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases,
deeds, closing statements, etc.). Maintain and update listings of
available properties. Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies,
lenders, and home inspectors. Develop networks and cooperate with
attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors. Promote sales through
advertisements, open houses, and listing services. Strong sales and
negotiation techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to network effectively Proficient with real estate
CRM software and Microsoft Office Understanding of real estate
market conditions and trends in McKinney, Texas Must have a valid
Texas Real Estate Sales Agent license. Completion of a real estate
training course is highly desirable.
